upset player

Was doing aurum dungeon as part of fc quest, after completion was so looking forward to sending it in. And when I did, it asked me to do again. Never even got the rewards. It's obvious it was not completed. Think this is a bug. Please fix this and see that I actually completed the dungeon. Thank you.

Which quest was it? Also, were you dead when the last boss was defeated? Sometimes if you aren't alive to witness the death of the boss it doesn't count.

I wouldn't be upset if the quest didn't ask me to hand in the quest at the NPC which unlock the dungeon. ^^;;
it's the quest to rank up in our grand company.
