No, you still have to complete 1-5 to unlock the quest, you can just pug it instead of having to have a static to go through it.
you need to do a quest to enter coil2, and you need to clear tV to start that quest.
you can't DF something you didn't clear acces conditon
=> you cant DF scob without clearing fcob
You just need to complete 5, 1-4 isn't necessary, just fyi.
Only 5 and 9 are actually required for anything.
