I assume you mean the Wind-up Moogle minion?
All Collector's Editions of the game get that minion. If you don't have the Collector's Edition version, you can upgrade it on the Mog Station.
Really? Pleasy look the different between the Collectors of Ps4 Ps3 and PC. Only Ps4 has the Moogle minion? If i wrong please sent my a link where i can read that the moogle minion are in Pc Collectors. (Sorry I´m from Germany. My English is not so good.)
