I believe they will come back as a cash shop item with the upcoming update, in 4 days. Hopefully they will remove the limit on how many you can buy, I've used my 9 already ;_;

I believe that is the purpose of the change to cash shop items, so that people that like to change appearance often can do so and purchase the potions BY CHARACTER instead of by account.
Although why you would want to Fantasia away from Lalafel, I cannot imagine. Unless you want to switch to Plainsfolk :3 That's okay then :3
