retainer contract suspended?

i have had a 3rd retainer since they released, payed by auto pay everymonth (and it just came out the 3rd of this month) go on the mog station and it says i have 8 days remaining but in the game it says its contract has been suspended and i need to pay to get it back. Whats going on with it, do i really have to pay again, only to have it come out again in 8 days, please help. i have alot of stuff i need to get from my retainer soon (not to mention the venture coins wasted b/c it was out on a venture, not so much worried about that)

I just heard about the additional retainer so I automatically went and got a 3rd retainer and I had it for a couple days and now I cant access it. its saying contract suspended. I just wasted the ventures it was doing and now I cant get the stuff on it. I am finding it very annoying.
