[Suggestion] Queue with a Role

Whilst browsing through the available content through duty finder, I find it very ironic that you cannot utilize the multi-class system FFXIV prides on when you can queue for 5 different duties or a roulette.

I like playing all the roles and would like a little bit more flexibility with the Duty Finder. Let's say I want to queue for Turn 1 and Turn 4 as a tank, but I want to be paladin on Turn 1 and warrior on Turn 4, or vice versa for whichever reason. At the moment in the current system, you can only queue for both if you pick a specific tank.

Same with other stuff like farming, playing as a dps role, friend of mine was farming weapons, he was aiming for Ifrit's Claws for Monk and Garuda's Van for Black mage, again can't queue on two duties without having to specify jobs.

Also, ability to queue for more than one role, again, to utilize the multi-class system.

-inb4 just run them one at a time in which case why do we have the option to do 5 different but specific dungeons-

I've wanted to queue up with multiple roles for ages. I believe I've heard Yoshi-P discuss the idea long ago. Said something like it would screw with the DF system in some way too much. So it ain't happening for technical reasons.

I think we should at least be able to change the class/job during the dungeon if the class can do the same role.
