ilvl 103 Bard looking for a serious static

Hi,

I'm Empress Celene from Coeurl, I am currently looking for a serious static for the upcoming patch of 2.4

I been playing since launch. I have the experience of clearing T6 to T8 with my old static previously; also in progress with T9. Unfortunately my old static had abandoned due to communication issues and some of the members not showing up for runs on scheduled times causing the delays in our runs.

I also like to further progress into Final Coils patch 2.4.
