Can we take our own food and drink in?

Can I take a bottle of my own water in or will it get taken away like at concerts?
How about a packet of crisps?

that would be a good question.
Iplan on taking some sweets and a water bottle with me. and I would be annoyed to get taken those away :<

Yeah, from reading about the USA event it sounds like queues will be quite long, so wanna make sure i can snack and drink while i wait.

for london they wont be long so dont worry the max u could be waiting is half an hour i would think :)

no if u read one off the forum the commutiy rep says dw u wont miss the keynote we will get regrastion done early so they will london is nothing like las vegas so dw

Hard to say without official confirmation but, to me at least, it seems to imply we should be able to bring our own drinks.

Sasunaich reporting live from the venue, so to speak. (On a side note: it's pretty awesome here !)

You cannot bring your own food or drinks into the venue. However, if you have, say...a small bottle of water I don't think that will be a problem. But please keep in mind that there are no water coolers here like in Vegas were you were able to refill your bottles. We do have a pretty awesome Eorzean style cafe here though !

Will the venue be catering to people with food allergies? I am allergic to dairy and was planning to take my own food. It would unreasonable to be expected to go 12 hours without food, wouldn't you agree?
