Having to do CT before ST

I honestly wish it wasn't a requirement when ST was still relevant because I HAVE to unlock ST for the sake of unlocking on this character I want to play yet I can't even get past the queue after waiting for what appears to be an eternity

please tell me they will remove some of the unlock requirements so new characters don't have to suffer through 30 unlocks to get to the relevant content in 2.4 because that in it self is a bigger time sink then what the current content is supposed to be.

I think I saw something about them doing something about CT requirements or something along this line with one of the recent interviews, along with adding solo feature for lower lvl dungeons...

They're thinking of lowering the requirements for CT, as in decreasing the amount of people required to run CT in future patches, because CT will eventually get outdated. Maybe even removing the requirement of needing it to run ST. If that ever happens, its fine with me. I can finally run around wearing my full CT gearset come 3.0, and all the new players would be like, WHERE'D YOU GET THAT?! And then they'll realize they have to run CT to get it. And then cry. Because they'll probably never find a party to run CT. Well, they'll never find a party to farm CT is a better way of phrasing it.

Yeh that is a pity as I've for the longest time wanted to run CT for gear on other classes I am leveling, but it's damn near impossible to queue and run this like ST, but now I remember that they were working on making it similar to ST with lowering trash rates for a more quick and fluid run so people would actually queue for it while reducing the required players for the dungeon.

A real slap in the face is if CT did get outdated and SE made the gear easily accessible outside of the raid for new players :p I've seen that happen in MMO's quite a bit, then the bitching followed from players that endured the pain of waiting for teams to do the dungeon while the new comers can just buy them with in-game currency etc.
