Steps:
I just came back from a 6 month hiatus from the game. I quit before 2.2 came out, which is when Leviathan should have come out I believe. I had 2 Fantasia potions, both of which were stored on my retainers Reimi and Ciel respectively. I earned one from Veteran Rewards, and one from being a 1.0 player. They are no longer there and I never used mine. I have always had the same appearance as a Hyur and I would like to have the chance to race change into something different. I appreciate your speedy response to this issue!
