Horizon texture glitch

The water texture isn't reaching the horizon anymore, leaving a textureless line separating water from sky.

Steps:
1: Go to an area that give visual access to the horizon. Limsa Lominsa, ferry trip and Vesper are good areas to notice this glitch.
2: When you look to the horizon the water thexture will stop before the horizon, leaving a blue, textureless line separating the water and sky.
