Much needed change for how party SP works

Sorry if the title is misinforming, but this is more about the currently broken state of behest. You want us to have this cool large scale battle capability, and for a while it was working great. After Patch 1.16 you broke it. Now our SP is penalized for having more than 8 members in party content that was made specifically for more than 8 members.

There are 2 options.

1. You need to make the SP accumulation for behest work as a separate function from how a normal party's SP is awarded.

2. Cut the amount of people who can register for behest down to 8.

Now obviously 2 is the unrealistic version unless you guys want the community and critics down your throat more than they already are.

So this is something you'll hopefully consider and think about fixing. Also, if you fix this now, that gives you the functionality and code to call into other large scale party event like Hamlet defense later on.
