the howling spirit item question

i know it was a item from last years all saints wake event but is there anyway to get it now or no? any help would be greatly appreciated. and thanks ahead of time.

There used to be NPCS in the game that will sell old event items to new players while that event was ongoing, but they have been removed. If you obtained the costumes last year but dropped them then you can purchase them from the calamity salvager. Otherwise you will have to wait until the cash shop is opened on the 28th to purchase them.
