They are a bonus item. You get the code when you buy the moogle plushie. The plushies went on sale at fanfest first, and will be on sale elsewhere soon. I'd guess the 28th, after the London Fanfest and when the cash shop goes live.
There is also a wind up Enterpise that comes with the artbook, released at the Fanfest as well, though I think it's on Amazon for preorders now.

I got my art book yesterday(love the little tidbits here and there but some don't feel right and could be more fleshed out). Preordered on jp amazon and it was shipped friday - would have gotten it monday if I was home.
Still considering the plushie but then... it would be a dust collector...
So I've been trying to like mad to get this, and apparently only the EU store sells it? And apparently they don't sell outside of EU? How exactly are people getting this outside of Europe, besides eBay? I'd like to buy it through an official SE store, but I can't find it anywhere except the EU store and eBay.
