What will happen if u popped a Moogle's pom pom on their head?

Will it cause the poor Moogle lying dead in no time? gravely wounded? or they just laugh and grow a new Pom Pom with their Mog magic?

I'm not sure if this helps or not... I know in FFXIII-2, Mog mentions that it's his crystal bobble, which is on his head where a pom-pom normally is at, that enables him the power of flight and not his wings. So perhaps they would lose the power of flight and magic all together?

But let's not find out... Moogles deserve hugs! Not their pom-poms cut off!

I always thought the pom pom gave them balance when floating about, I mean their wings are quite small so yeah.

It would prevent them from reproducing.

It helps them differentiate among eachother and it helps them summon king mog. Also can be used as a light source and waypoint lol
