Anyone knows where to get it? Cuz I cant seem to find it

The ghost costumes and Pumpkin heads are holiday items from last year. You can't get them from this event

You get the armor at the end of the Halloween quest event.
The quest starts in old gridania at the theatre.

Wrong event, the ghost and heads were from last year and are not available this time.

I think the outfit they gave out this year is way better than those ghost sheets and pumpkin heads myself

Speaking of the pumpkin heads I can't wait to mix and match them with the suits coming out for the patch.

But to make this post about the topic they were last year's holloween rewards and are unavailble this time around, but like some one posted up above, they will more than likely add old unobtainable event rewards to the cash shop at some point so please look forward to it.

Cash Shop Items.

Sadly they did not bring back past Halloween event items this year like they did in the Moonfire Farie event.

They will be adding them to the cash shop so you can buy them with real money.
Make sure you get the items from this event as this is now how they will implement all past event items from now on.

Also you start this event in Gridania at X:10 Y:8 you will get the costume & make up from completing the quests and you can exchange the cookies you get from doing the fate in Ul'dah for the earrings & the chocobo barding. The NPC who takes the cookies is in Ul'dah right near where the fate starts.
