There was a small sign inside the guild, but never large rifles on the sign. I don't remember ever seeing those Miqote down in the lower level either.

They aren't new. You're just noticing them. I clearly remember the rifles and the musketeers a long time ago

Yes. They were in 1.0.

Those rifles outside the guild aren't new. They've been there all along.

Yep, all that fun stuff has been there. Makes the delay in adding Musketeer class all the more painful :(
