Can anyone else not see it in the mog station?

that is likely a part of the prep for 2.4, when fantasia goes character based.

Fantasia is cancelled until 2.4

It was taken down and I believe its scheduled to be back up in 2.4 on the 28th. However it will now be bought per character not per account.
