How do I change the name on the tickets?

I used my GFs English name rather than her Chinese name when I bought the tickets for us. I'd like to change her name on the ticket so it matches what is on her ID. I Googled it which brought up this:

Note that you will be able to make changes to your submitted information after an order is complete by visiting the Eventbrite site and finding your order with your purchase number.

Following the instructions on the Eventbrite site leads me to a point where I should be able to edit the tickets, but the edit option is not there. I contacted Eventbrite support who very quickly told me to contact the organisers. I sent the organisers two emails so far but there has been no response. Can anyone here tell me what I need to do? Tickets are being sold on this forum, so I imagine there must be a way or something I'm missing.
