Mogstation on constant maintenance?

I've been trying to resub for the past 2-3 days now, and I've already made a thread concerning the error I'm getting. However, when I'm navigating the site I'll randomly get a notice saying the page is inaccessible because of maintenance, and then a refresh or two later I'm back on the site.

Is this a known problem, or have they legitimately been having erratic maintenance on the site for the past few days? I'm beginning to think this is the reason for my constant 406 error across 3 different cards, and it's pretty irritating if their site is this much of a mess.

Make sure that you have cookies enabled, this error message will display if it cannot set cookie data.
