World I transfered too isnt availble for me to choose on character select screen.

So I decided to transfer from Phoenix (EU) to Siren (US). When I log into the game I see my other two characters I have in the Phoenix server but when I try to change world for the character I just changed I dont get an option to select that world or any world outside of the EU servers. Does anyone know how I can get to my character on the Siren character cause its my main account and I spent $18 to not access it and it sucks :( Thank You

did you change the data center to Aether?

As Squa11_Leonhart said, you will likely need to change the data center and that will give you a new list of servers (and should solve the problem for you). If it doesn't, just reply back.
