Static LF 1 bard with T9 clear exp/last phase exp

Hi, we are a T9 farm static. our bard just quit the game due to an IRL issue so we are looking for a bard replacement with preferably kill exp or at the very least p4 exp.

we are doing weekly clear (obviously) as we wait for 2.4, and when 2.4 hits we will do fcob progression. we are raiding on tuesday/thursday/sunday on 4pm gmt+7. (we will most likely squeeze more raid day due to progression)
