Can the premium stream be downloaded?

Simple, Twitch sucks for European users, it's lagging, buffering, stuttering, overall it's shitty for most Europeans.

So my question is, if I get the premium, can I download the video files or just stream them? Anyone who got the premium know? I'd love to watch the whole thing, even afterwards, just for the atmosphere, but not if I can't download them...

If you simply google "download twitch videos" there are a fairly high number of sites that will do it. All you need to do it put the URL into the site, and it will produce the videos for you to download.
