Hey pinky! To be honest I found of much easier to go to the wiki site eorzeapedia or post in your server forums more likely to get a response there..best of luck to you! :)

They do. But you might have more luck either a) searching through these forums a little to see who's posted that they're looking for new players for their LS (I know several players have posted similar things before, and gotten lots of responses); and/or b) posting something in the forums for your server.
