Co-Ownership of Private HOMES

Can you please enable us to co-own a property?

It just makes sense.

Sure, it's called private, but you implemented them into the same community wards as FC's.

I'd like to be able to share my house with my friends or loved ones.

Wouldn't simply create a FC with your friends or loved ones end up allowing you to do exactly that ? Barring meeting the requirements of reaching FC Rank 6 of course.

Problem is need to level an FC for that which can take weeks even for a lively medium sized group. Can only imagine the length of time needed if it was 2 people (couples) or a tight nit small group.

But seeing as there probably aren't plots available (at S-sized ones) on his server for now, he might as well do that. By the time his FC reaches Rank 6 or whatever the requirement is, he'd also have time to save up ?

I'm a part of a large FC but want to own a house with my small circle of friends.

We don't want to leave our FC but would enjoy the option to share a home outside of our FC's Estate.

I don't think requiring friends forming a privatized FC just to share their own home is a good solution.

I think it makes sense to allow co-ownership outside of FC.

Just saying "form a 2-man FC" is a bad solution. Bc then it means if you want to co-own a house with a friend, you can't be apart of a true FC (ie: larger group of people to hang with and help each other). That just replaces one problem with another.

I have a feeling at some point, you'll be able to share ownership with your marriage partner. But probably not at the start. And even then it would just be 2 people. If you're a group of 3 friends, someone's out of luck. :P

Sorry but I'm with this guy. You want a small FC and also a larger FC it sounds like. Why not just make a LS, pool your money together and buy a lot that is opened to everyone?

This is exactly the problem I'm having. My fiancée and I left our FC to make our own so we could have a house together, but now we're struggling to reach rank 6 with just the two of us, and are basically stuck with DF or PF to do any end game content.

It sounds like, someone bought a house and is no longer interested in it and wants to sell it but currently can't.
