Missing Hunt Board

So...I haven't been able to do hunts for a while because of this (The clickable "Hunt Board" link is not there):

I thought maybe if I restarted the game...restarted my pc...or waited, it'd come back. But the Hunt Board link hasnt come back, and I have been unable to do hunts in about a month. My patience is slowly starting to dwindle.

I dont know why it's not there. It appears to work fine for my friends and other players...

As you can see, I've done hunts before, and I'm in the right town....I just want to do hunts again
