Personal / FC house upgrade problem

Dear all,

Did anyone know if my FC want to upgrade the house to M Size instead of existing S size house. Can get back the S Size price of land ($8000K)?:confused: Cause we can purchase the M Size now. :o

You won't be able to recover any of the funds used to buy your first house.

Due to the nature of how purchasing of homes are, they really should implement an in-game method to reselling of properties. I could see losing the actual house, but the land deed should be marketable. The methods that players have had to take up to this point to resell their relinquished properties leaves way too much room for fraud and no protections for buyers.
