But wth is going on.. its like a team of RMT'ers or botters or something.. its definitely crooked.

Based on another thread showing a bunch of bots named Event something; folks have surmised these are made for the Fan Fest.

Yeah it just looks like SE made an error somewhere and these showed up on the top 100. They were mostly likely created as Frontlines characters for people to use at the Fanfest.

Don't worry they don't pose a threat...
