Disconnecting and Losing Crafting Mats

There have been several server side disconnections, and those have been really inconvenient for crafters. Right now, disconnections are being treated like synthesis cancellations and we end up losing precious materials! :eek:

Is it possible to fix this so even if we disconnect in the middle of a craft, we can log back in and still be in the middle of crafting?

They already said no to this, and for good reason. If this was a thing, I would purposely disconnect every time I knew I was going to fail a craft.
