Guardian’s favor

A short question:
Is Guardian’s favor gonna disapear after patch 1.18a?

No, you can relax. It's just the command to "asses favour" at Aetherytes that is gone. You can probably still check how much you have by another method.

Guardian's favor will remain and you'll get to use it when you activate your leves but you will not be able to assess how much you have left and the time for reset through the Aetheryte, you'll see it with the /clock command or in the timer tab in your attributes (I'd assume)
