So I was talking about this idea with my friend, it would be cool if we could take certain traits from other jobs we had levelled up, kind of like cross class skills.
But instead of having a certain number of spots like cross class, instead you would have to exchange the trait for one of your own of equal or higher level.
Some examples:
BRD could take enhanced internal release and enhanced blood for blood. But in exchange it would have to give up enhanced quick knock and enhanced barrage.
SCH could take proshell and graniteskin. But it would have to give up supervirus and enhanced eye for an eye or enhanced rouse.
PLD could take proshell and enhanced raise. But it would have to give up enhanced fight or flight, enhanced convalescence, enhanced shield bash, enhanced rage of halone, enhanced awareness or enhanced sentinel.
And so on. I just think it would be a cool way to customise our jobs further and be an interesting way to play around with our cross class jobs more.
Suggestion: enhanced trait exchange.

A PLD that can raise can tip the scales. Some can say it could be broken though. But then they still have to deal with hard casting raise.
