So, they are revealing the new race in 2.4 along with the Rogue/Ninja but has there been any word on when we can BE the new race? I would love to say we can start creating Chrs or using Fantasias for the new race when the 2.4 patch drops but I get the feeling we wont be able to until 3.0
What do you guys think?
I believe they said a few times that the new race will be in the expansion pack.

An expansion pack would be the best place to introduce a new race

I don't think it's been confirmed that they are revealing the new race in 2.4 yet tbh. We may not get that reveal until the Japanese fan fest or heck 2.5 tbh.
Yes, we will discover that actually Yugiri is indeed the ninja master of disguise that'll teach us ninjutsu, but actually he is not a lezard girl but a regular Hyur and is having fun making us believe that he is special !
