So I've been wondering if parry has a cap, because it seems the stat itself shows no difference in "parrying" once you're at about 500+ parry. At about 500+ parry I parry 25% DMG and today I noticed even at 613 parry there's no change at all and still parry 25%. Although when STR comes into play changing to DPS accessories with only 504 parry I gain 2% more parry to an attack. How is it that I can add 100+ more parry and not have any change? Has anyone else noticed this?
So does parry stat cap sorta?

Parry affects parry rate. Strength affect mitigation % when parying.
