I thought from the moment I did the Dragoon quest that there was a certain "Power rangers/Magical girl vibe" to the job change. This use of gear changes and attack animations brilliantly captures that illusion. Would make a pretty awesome GIF image.

You've got your transformation trinket, and the pieces of armor are so "integral" to your power that during the quest to earn the chestpiece you "will" the final piece into existance on yourself
