New SCOB static looking for members

Hey all! We're looking to form a SCOB static and we'll be starting from Turn 6. We're looking to learn and gain experience with the static.
To start off, we'll form a linkshell together and once we get the experience under our belt we will move to be a Free Company static with the current FC that the founding members are in.

Playtime:

• Tuesday 18:00 CEST (16:00 GMT) through 20:00 CEST (18:00 GMT) which translates to 12:00 EST through 14:00 EST.
• Weekend (most likely Saturday) 16:00 CEST (14:00 GMT) through
  18:00 CEST (16:00 GMT) which translates to 10:00 EST through 12:00 EST.

Weekends we might try for 3 hours of playtime.
