my chocobo just attains rank 10 and cannot get more EXP.
it seems i have a new level 30 quest to do but i need a stable.
my FC doesn't have a house.
do i need to leave this FC or is there another choice ?

On last producer's live or somewhere, they said they will add public stable on open area. You may wait for 2.4 and see.
Oh, I remembered now. It was anniversary 24 hour live, Kan-E-Senna's actor Rie Tanaka asked Yoshi P, she got friends have same issue as yours, so do they have plan to solve it?
Yoshi P answered they will add public stable soon.
Alternatively you can buy your own house and use a chocobo stable there.
