Tonberry Market Price Tracker | Looking for feedback on crowdsourcing

Hi guys, I am currently working on a project that tracks the purchase price, quantity, and date of some items in game. I manually record the last 20 transactions and upload them on the database. I do basic statistical analysis on them and graphs are also available for some of the items. At the moment I am tracking Lightning Shard, Water Shard, Wind Shard, Tawny Latex, Savage Aim IV, and Savage Might IV.

Looking for feedback on crowdsourcing
This is a personal stat & programming project but a few people have suggested to expand it to something the Tonberry community could use. I am currently limited to tracking 10 items at a time and I am thinking of crowdsourcing the data for the other items. I would like to hear your comments about it as well as how to improve the entry method. I've set up a sample entry form which you can check here:
