I have finally realized this is the entire development philosophy for the game. Make the player wait and make sure he can't do anything but just sit there. I actually hate doing books more than Atma. When I was doing atma I was at least constantly doing something. Fates for books I simply have to camp and many times I am not alone so I can't do anything else in the game while I wait because just changing classes and waiting for cooldown would mean the fate is finished before I have a chance to get it.
As I write this, I am camping out a fate for beastman quest and can't do anything else in the game while I do that. For the love of all that is holy SE, please re-think putting players in situations where they are actually forced to NOT play the game!

They made the game in such a way so everyone will hate FATEs.
I didn't hate them before Atmas.
I hate them now after all atmas and books.

My suggestion is... just accept it and do. It will end. Yeah it sucks camping 4 hours for a FATE to pop. Supposedly SE adjusted the FATE spawn rate but some of them should still take long to spawn.
