Keyboard layout of PLD

I am a PC player. I have been playing ffxiv arr since released but always used controller. I want to try and use a keyboard but don't know how I should set it up. Can someone help or list your setup for a tank role. Currently the way i use the cross bar is when weapon is sheathed i have 2 cross bars 1 and 2 for basic commands for companion, food, and teleport stuff like that. When weapon is drawn again i have 2 cross bars 3 and 4. 3 is for attacks and some cooldowns. And 4 for for targeting/marking targets and other various cool downs i dont use as much. So can someone help maybe get better functionality of a keyboard over my controller. and good macros too.(i dont use any)
