That player is pointing out a number of things that are often talked about on the English side as well. Here's a rough summary:

New items with each update are not that interesting. No set bonuses. No unique traits. Stat increases are just tiny incremental steps on the gear ladder.

No endgame relevant armor or weapons that you can make/trade through the marketplace. It's boring to just have a marketplace for minions and furniture.

New dungeons drop gear that is only good for glamouring and are otherwise a pointless grind.

That player is not interested in PvP, so would prefer that battle skills be more balanced (and maybe more varied?) for PvE.

Tanks' only job is to maintain hate. Otherwise there isn't much for them to do.
