Bug - Sylph Tribe Quest

Hi there,

I have troubles to make a Sylph Tribe Quest. When I'm mounted on Goobbue, I can't dismount even if I cancell the quest.

Time: About 6pm PDT 10/12/2014

Quest: Giddy for Goobbues

Class/Level: Dragoon 44
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 6:13pm
Area and coordinates: 22,26
Steps:
1. Accept the quest.
2. Talk with another NPC and bring me a mount.
3. Can't dismount it even if I cancel the quest.
