Is your Ps4 updated ?
Check your downloads , game might already be in there....I bought it , twice.....called psn issue resolved tho...
Restart your Console and try it again.
Are you using the right code ?
DISC version might be better if accessible to you !
I'm using a ps3 in it still says the thing so I'm done trying. :(
