Do you get extra exp for fast dungeons?

If you complete a dungeon in 10 minutes, does it give more exp than completing the dungeon in 80 minutes? The person I'm playing with says that the word "swift" matters in "swift completion of objectives" when you first enter the dungeon, and so he thinks that completing the dungeon faster will give more exp. I say that the dungeon only gives a first-time bonus, and even if you complete the dungeon in 88 minutes you will still get the same exp bonus as completing in 30 minutes. Who's right?

The swift completion bonus is only from leves.
