Steps:
1. I teleport to Western Thanalan Horizon
2. I go to Vesper Bay
3. I walk up to Allene just in case quest was just not showing up on map, but no quest marker over her head.
4. I speak to her and get the response, "I came here by way of the Wanderer's Palace. Oh, how you would love it there, a daring adventurer like you! There are automata contrived into the very walls... dozens of secret rooms there must be."
5. Log out.
6. Log in.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 and then 4 one more time.
