Dungeon idea/Suggestion

So I am new to posting stuff on here. I always post stuff on the lodestone, of which I need to clean up, mind you. So I am kind of new to this and posting suggestions. So those who wish to voice their opinions please do so :)

I was thinking for a hard mode dungeon idea, it would be pretty epic to have a hard mode dungeon where the players "vote", so to speak, on the bosses they get to fight in that dungeon. How they go about voting this? From what minions the team of four have available. Say for instance if three people have the demon brick, and one person doesn't have it yet, then those three that do have the demon brick vote for it, that is the boss they get to fight. A giant huge challenging Demon Brick.

Of course some minions will be left out, such as the subscription minions and the liking, and wind up Thancred, or wind up Minfilia. Mainly, to make it simple, the team would be able to choose from minions that are available, and that actually would make sense.

Each minion would have its own set abilities and skills, buffs and debuffs in the boss battle. However once that minion has been voted for, for a boss battle, it cannot be voted for again in the same dungeon after being fought.
