Overview
Prime is a very active Free Company on the Sargatanas server and we're always on the lookout for more members! Our core members have been raiding together since the beginning of the birth of Prime & we are looking to expand our roster to finish tackling content in FFXIV!
Not interested in end game content, but still want an active, tight-knit Free Company to call home? We're the perfect place for you. We love our casual members. Lets be honest, our casuals make up a big heart of our lovely Free Company. Our goal is to be community oriented, and we are always willing to take on new members that are just all-around good people. We always help each other out, and so long as you can contribute your fair share, everyone is welcome. We create events so that raiders and non-raiders alike can still play and do things together!

Raiding Atmosphere
Prime is a perfect mix of hardcore and casual. We take the game seriously when needed, but strive to have as much fun as possible. If you're looking to down content while having fun doing it, look no further! We also provide all the food and potions for our raiders so you can spend more time enjoying the game rather than farming for materials.
What do we expect from you?
Dedication: We want players who want to be here and on time. To focus as a team. If one player fails, we all fail.
Constructive Input: If you have an idea or see something happening, let us know. Be vocal, but be respectful.
We use Mumble as our primary voice chat software and it is required. We do not require you to talk all the time, however, listening to directions and calling out information is crucial.
Schedule
We are currently working on Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 1 Savage Mode!
Friday-Saturday: 9pm-12am EST*
*During progression/patch we do add either Monday or Sunday to be able to clear new Extreme Primal's or to have extra time progressing through end game turns.

-Damage Dealer (Preferably BLM or SMN).
*NOTE* While we still review every application, we would prefer that the applicant have experience or kills in SCoB T4 (Turn 9).
