Grand Companies and their respective currencies

Right now is there a way to earn more of the currency after beating all the quests?
Another question: is it confirmed that you'll be locked to one Grand Company on Patch 1.19?

Patch 1.19 will have More Ranks to obtain, Thus you will be Locked to one Company once your Past the "Recruitment stage"

Currently there is on other way to get seals right now other than the Recruit missions
