Changing information on a ticket

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else had more information about changing the information on a ticket. I know for the london fanfest, you had the option of emailing the account, eventlondon@square-enix.com, and was wondering if there was an NA equivalent.

Not any more. There were many notices, threads, and emails about updating or changing information on tickets and we had until September 5 to do so. Sorry :(

But even now they are allowing people going to the EU Fanfest to change ticket info (ie in case they want to give someone else the ticket etc)

Isn't that still a few months away though? NA Fan Fest is in a week.
