World Transfer Declined

Hello,

I called the call center today .. they refer me to In game GM ..
I contacted the GM .. they say its beyond their control .. and refer to www.forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv ... so yeah .. im here posting my issue

Wanted to transfer from Odin(EU) to Tonberry(JP).. but i keep having this issue ..
1. My sub character able to transfer to Tonberry
2. I am able to create a new character in Tonberry

I believe i met all the criteria that is need for world transfer.
I do believe Tonberry is not congested (Refer to point 1. 2. above)

Why Was My Transfer Declined?

Your character may be enlisted in a free company, signed to a free company petition, or have submitted an application to join a free company.
Your character may be currently logged into the game.
Your character's retainer may currently have items for sale.
The calamity salvager may still possess items from your inventory (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
Your character's retainer has not been rehired (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
One or more characters subject to transfer may be located in the Mordion Gaol.
One or more characters subject to transfer may have logged out while in an instanced area.
Your character may have logged out in a residential area.
One or more items from your estate may still be in the care of the resident caretaker (only applicable if your estate has been automatically relinquished).
Your chocobo may still be in the care of the housing enthusiast (only applicable if your estate has been automatically relinquished).
One or more characters selected for World transfer may own privately purchased housing or land.
You may not have accessed the in-game character selection screen of your desired destination World prior to applying for World transfer.
