Weapons to attain Atmas

Hello,

I have been looking online in multiple places, and asked multiple people but haven't gotten a general consensus on specifically what weapons you can have equipped to get atmas.

First I was told by 2 people you HAD to have a Zenith and ONLY a Zenith equipped...but I thought I remembered they relaxed the requirements a bit since the beginning.

Then someone told me you could have a novus equipped.

Can you have an Atma weapon equipped and get Atmas?

Can you have any version of the Relic weapon equipped after the Zenith? Has anything on this been confirmed?

Zenith and only Zenith.

They haven't relaxed the requirements at all. It's always been Zenith. The only changes they've made are changing the colors of some Atmas, and unrelated changes to FATEs (speed of respawn, the scaling based on previous participation).

Some people may have gotten confused when they came out with Nexus and let you get Alexandrites from FATEs with either Novus or Nexus, but that's nothing to do with Zenith or Atmas.
